Cath Shaw Truelove
Cath works as a concierge, of sorts, in the estate and retirement planning industry, leading her clients to the best integrated legal and financial expertise. She works with individuals and families to help implements trusts, mitigate tax in retirement and protect against financial ruin for a variety of everyday life events. Her experience as the executor for two estates made her seek a better way for others. Friends and family sought advice about themselves as well as their parents, so she formalized her experience and is licensed in health and life insurance. Cath now works with families across the nation. Businesses Cath has led have won regional awards as well as recognition in many publications. She lives in the heart of Chattanooga with her husband and two dogs.
Michelle Ianna Marie Alicaba
Marie works with Cath to make things work smoothly along the entire estate planning process. She graduated from the Philippine College of Technology with a Major in General Academics. Marie enjoys helping people with questions, dealing with details, and speaking to our wonderful people we serve each day!
Jeri Harrison Upchurch
Jeri is on loan to us from Kansas and we are happy to have her here in Tennessee! As you can see here, Jeri is proud to be a notary, and can be found helping out our clients with notarizing legal documents. She is also great at logistics for our seminars as well as estate preparation tasks.

In addition to Cath, Jeri and Marie, we are joined by Brad Flowers, a highly regarded and very knowledgeable fiduciary and financial planner. Brad is a key part of the analysis we do in the estate planning process. We also have a set of esteemed and practiced attorneys and legal specialists that are called in to help in the legal documentation aspects of our work.
